1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InboxSafe, operated by Cyber Global Technologies LLC ("CGT", "we", "us"). By installing the InboxSafe extension or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

InboxSafe is a Chrome browser extension that detects phishing attempts in Gmail, Outlook, and LinkedIn. The service includes:

• Real-time phishing detection in your inbox
• URL and domain inspection
• Threat reporting and analytics
• A web dashboard at inboxsafe.app

3. Subscription and Payment

InboxSafe offers the following subscription tiers:

• Pro — $12/month, billed monthly
• Team — $49/month, billed monthly
• Enterprise — $199/month, billed monthly

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use InboxSafe for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of InboxSafe
• Use InboxSafe to monitor or intercept communications without authorization
• Resell or sublicense InboxSafe without written permission from CGT
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of InboxSafe

5. Intellectual Property

InboxSafe and all related technology, content, and branding are the property of Cyber Global Technologies LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use InboxSafe as described herein.

6. Privacy

Your use of InboxSafe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

InboxSafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to maintain high detection accuracy, we do not guarantee that InboxSafe will detect every phishing attempt. No security product provides 100% protection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CGT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of InboxSafe, even if CGT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CGT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of InboxSafe or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to InboxSafe at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of InboxSafe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
